The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the merit list for admission to the all India 50 per cent quota seats in MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB, and DrNB (direct six years) and NBEMS diploma courses for the 2025–26 academic session. The NEET PG 2025 exam was held on August 3, and results were declared on August 19.

The all India 50 per cent quota scorecards of eligible candidates will be available for download on the NBEMS website – natboard.edu.in from September 5, 2025, and can be accessed for a period of six months. NBEMS has clarified that scorecards will not be sent to candidates individually.

The merit list includes overall NEET PG 2025 ranks, All India 50 per cent quota ranks, and category-wise ranks (OBC/SC/ST/EWS). Candidates who meet the minimum cut-off scores as notified on August 19 are eligible to participate in the online counseling to be conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

NBEMS has also stated that candidature is purely provisional and subject to verification of eligibility, identity, and academic credentials during the admission process. Candidates are advised to remain in touch with the MCC website and the Health Ministry portal – mohfw.gov.in for updates regarding counseling schedules and seat availability.

The aggregate marks in percentage in all MBBS Professional Examinations or marks obtained in FMGE as provided by the candidates in their NEET PG application form will be verified against the original credentials at the time of admission by the counseling or admitting authority.

The scorecards issued to candidates will have a mention of the MBBS and FMGE aggregate marks as provided by the candidates in their application form wherever such aggregate marks have been used to break the tie of NEET PG 2025 Rank.

In an event, the Board said, it is noted that the information provided in the NEET PG 2025 application form is incorrect and this criterion has been utilized to resolve the tie of the concerned candidate, the candidature for NEET PG 2025 will be cancelled.
