National women’s panel to hold adalat in Kerala capital on December 19

The National Commission for Women will organise an adalat here on December 19 to address complaints of violence against women in areas falling under Thiruvananthapuram City, Thiruvananthapuram Rural, Kollam City, Kollam Rural, Pathanamthitta, Kochi City, Kannur City, and Kasaragod police’s jurisdiction from 2023 to 2025.

Commission member Delina Khongdup will preside over the adalat, to be held at Police Training College, Thycaud, at 1 p.m. on December 19.

Women can take part in the adalat and submit complaints to Ms. Khongdup, a statement from the State police here on Monday said.
