On Tuesday, Motorola introduced its first smartphone with an integrated stylus — the motorola edge60 stylus — in India. With a starting price of Rs 22,999, it is currently one of the most affordable smartphones with an integrated stylus in the country. It also features generative AI capabilities that can transform rough sketches into images.
The motorola edge60 stylus, with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, will be available for an effective price of Rs 21,999 starting April 23 via Flipkart, which includes an instant discount of Rs 1,000 for Axis and IDFC Bank credit card users. Buyers can also get additional deals, including up to Rs 10,000 worth of benefits from Jio.

The edge60 stylus offers a large 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, with support for stylus input. The device is IP68-rated and can survive submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. Powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, it offers several AI-powered features such as AI Magic Canvas and AI Style Sync. The phone ships with Android 15 with the Hello UI skin on top.
The device also features a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support, an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, and face unlock functionality.
Other capabilities include a 50 MP wide-angle camera, a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 32 MP selfie camera. It supports the latest connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 6E and 11 major 5G bands. It is also one of the few smartphones in this segment that offers storage expansion of up to 1 TB via microSD card. The phone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for up to 68W fast charging.
The motorola edge60 stylus is ideal for users who frequently take digital notes. While it may not be a true alternative to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it serves as an affordable option for those who value stylus input.
