Missing teenagers from Fort Kochi found in Thiruvananthapuram

Three teenage boys who had gone missing from Cheralayi in Fort Kochi in Kerala on Tuesday (May 13, 2025) afternoon were traced to the Thampanoor railway station in Thiruvananthapuram late in the night.

The Fort Kochi police, who had launched a search for them, believed that the boys could have boarded a train. Of the three, two are Class 9 students and the other a Class 6 student. They had been missing at least since 11 am on Tuesday, sources said.

“They probably set out on a trip. We had found a search history about Goa on the mobile of one of the teenagers’ mothers. We will have to talk to them in detail to verify whether there was any other intention behind their trip,” said Fort Kochi police sources.

A team from the Fort Kochi police has gone to Thiruvananthapuram to bring them back.
