An autorickshaw driver was found dead near the South beach in Kozhikode city on Thursday (December 4).
The victim was identified as Asif Rahman, a resident of Mukhadar. Police sources said the body of the 54-year-old was first spotted by a group of local fishers. A case of unnatural death was registered under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) as part of the continuing investigation into the incident.
