The Election Commission of India (ECI) released the draft electoral rolls of voters in Kerala on Tuesday (December 23, 2025) after conducting the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise ahead of the State’s much-anticipated Assembly elections, scheduled for next year.
The second phase of the much-debated SIR process was announced last month (November 2025) for nine States and three Union Territories, including Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Puducherry, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, ranging across 321 districts and 1,843 Assembly constituencies.
Kerala’s house-to-house enumeration phase of the SIR electoral roll concluded on December 18.
How to find your name in the voter list?
The draft electoral rolls released after the SIR process will be available both online and offline. Eligible voters from Kerala can access the draft rolls through the official ECI portal, voters.eci.gov.in.
After going to the portal, scroll down to the right side and click on the ‘Search your name in voter list’ option. You can see an open tab where you can enter your details, such as your EPIC (Elector’s Photo Identity Card) number and State. Fill in the captcha, and the details of the voter will appear on the website.
What to do if you can’t find your name in the voter’s list?
If you are unable to access your name from the voters’ list, you can contact your respective BLOs (Booth Level Officers) or verify your name with the Block Development Office. If your name is excluded from the list, then you should file your claims and objections before the District Election Officer. The claims and objection window is available from the date of publishing the draft roll till January 22, 2026.
