A. Muhamed Mustaque, judge of the Kerala High Court, has been recommended for appointment as the Chief Justice (CJ) of the Sikkim High Court. The Supreme Court collegium made the recommendation at a meeting held on December 18.
He was appointed judge of the Kerala High court in 2014.
