Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has expressed deep sorrow over the stampede at the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) rally in Karur, Tamil Nadu, which led to the loss of lives and left several injured. Mr. Vijayan expressed his condolences in a message on Saturday evening.
