Jharkhand JAC Board Class 12 Result 2025: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi will announce the Class 12 board exam results at 11:30 am on May 31. The Class 12 result 2025 for science, and commerce streams will be available for the students at these websites – jacresults.com and education.indianexpress.com. Ramdas Soren, Minister, School Education and Literacy Department will declare the Class 12 science and commerce stream results from the conference room of the JAC Office, Ranchi.
This year, the Jharkhand board conducted the Class 12 board exams from February 11 to March 4. The practical exams were conducted between March 5 and March 20.
The students who took this year’s JAC Class 12 board exams across the different streams will be able to check and download their marksheet from the official websites of the Jharkhand board using their details like date of birth and roll number.
Jharkhand Board Class 12th Result 2025: Date, time to check results
As per the official announcement made by the JAC board, the Class 12 result for Science, and Commerce stream will be declared on May 31 at 11.30 am. The result download link will be made live at 12.30 pm.
Last year, the Class 12 result for all streams was declared by the JAC board on April 30. The exams last year were held from February 6 to February 26.
In 2023, it was declared for science stream on May 23 and for others on May 30, while in 2022 the date of JAC Class 12 result declaration was June 21 for science and for others, it was June 30.
A total of 3,44,822 students had appeared for the exams last year. While 94,433 candidates appeared in the Class 12 science exam, 25,907 students were enrolled in commerce and 2,24,502 in arts. Out of total students last year, over 2.98 lakh students cleared it from all three streams last year.

The overall pass percentage last year was 85.48 per cent. The pass percentage in the science stream was 72.70 per cent and in arts and commerce streams, it was 93.7 per cent and 90.60 per cent respectively. Girls performed better than boys in each stream.
The Class 12 marksheet will be available for each stream student and will contain marks scored by students in different subjects and other important information.
To pass, students need to score at least 33 per cent marks. This passing marks rule applies to each subject separately as well as on the entire result aggregate. Students need to pass both the practical and theoretical aspects of the results. The passing marks are 23 out of 70 and 33 out of 100 in the respective subjects.
