The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, reported a 28% growth in net profit to ₹2,709 crore as compared with ₹2,117 crore in the previous year. Revenue from operations recorded a year-on-year growth of 32.46% to ₹10,311.29 crore. Loan book grew 55% YoY from ₹92,654 crore to ₹1,24,828 crore.
Net non-performing assets (NPAs) reduced from 0.36% to 0.25% YoY. The annual disbursement reached ₹40,038 crore. Gross NPAs reduced significantly from 2.71% to 1.67% YoY. Net NPAs also reduced from 0.36% to 0.25% YoY.
Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO, said, “Our results are reflective of not only our strategic initiatives but also the dedication and hard work of our talented team as well as trust and support of the stakeholders.”
“Going forward HUDCO, being a government company under MoHUA with lowest levels of NNPA, debt-equity and comfortable CAR, is envisaged to play a catalytic role in financing infrastructure beyond housing,” he said.
