Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) has handed over a gross dividend of ₹79.82 crore to the State government for the financial year 2024–25.
The cheque was presented to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan by ministers P. Rajeeve and K. Rajan, who also serve as directors of CIAL. Managing director S. Suhas and company secretary Saji K. George were present on the occasion.
CIAL recorded the highest revenue and profit in its history during the 2024–25 financial year, achieving a total revenue of ₹1,142 crore and a net profit of ₹489.84 crore, according to a communication.
At the annual general meeting held on September 27, 2025, shareholders approved the board of directors’ decision to disburse a dividend payout of 50%. CIAL has a robust investor base of around 33,000 shareholders across 25 countries, with the Government of Kerala as the largest shareholder, holding 33.38% equity.
