Ambedkar University UG Admissions 2025: Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has commenced the registration process for admission to undergraduate (UG) programmes through the Common University Entrance Test UG 2025 (CUET). Eligible candidates can apply through the university’s official website — aud.delhi.gov.in — until July 30.
As part of the application process, candidates must first register at audcuet.samarth.edu.in and select their preferred courses. Admissions will be granted based on performance in the CUET UG 2025 exam.
Eligibility Criteria
–Candidates must appear for CUET (UG) – 2025.
— They must have passed Class 12th from CBSE, DBSE, or any recognised board.
–The minimum required marks in the board exam is 50 per cent (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD/Delhi OBC(NCL)/Defence/Kashmiri Migrant)
–Some programmes require 50 per cent in English in Class 12th.
Application fees
Applicants who meet the university’s cut-off criteria will qualify for counselling and seat allocation. The registration fee is Rs 500 for General and Other Backward Classes (OBC). At the same time, candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Kashmiri Migrants (KM), and Defence categories are required to pay Rs 200.
It is important for the students to know that incomplete applications will be rejected. Once submitted, the application form cannot be edited. The admissions at the University are strictly based on CUET UG 2025 scores and cut-off lists released by AUD.

The University has provided some welfare schemes to support students academically, financially, and professionally.
The “Earn While You Learn” initiative provides part-time employment opportunities within the university, with remuneration based on the student’s academic level. Scholarships are awarded to the top 20 per cent of students in each programme, funded by 10 per cent of the semester fee collection.
The Student Travel Grant enables BA, MA, and PhD students to attend conferences and present papers, including limited international travel support. The Student Welfare Fund offers emergency financial aid for medical needs, hostel expenses, and other essentials. Additionally, PhD scholars not receiving external fellowships are eligible for a university stipend.

AUD also provides a Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, offering up to 100 per cent fee exemption based on income slabs, with full waivers for SC, ST, and PwD students. The Learning Enhancement policy mandates that at least 25 per cent of learning be field-based, enriching academic experience through local and outstation studies.
The Vice-Chancellor’s Internship Scheme (AUD-VIS) allows UG and PG students to gain hands-on administrative experience while contributing to university development.
