P.S. Sukumaran, cartoonist and entrepreneur, passed away at his home at Jos Junction here on Friday. He was 92. He was the former secretary and president of the Kerala Fine Arts Society in Ernakulam.
An alumnus of Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam, Mr. Sukumaran’s cartoons were published in several publications including the Shankar’s Weekly published from Delhi.
He also served as the president of both the Rotary Club of Cochin and All Kerala Contract Carriage Operators Association.
Cremation was held at the Ravipuram crematorium on Friday evening.
