Justice Nisha Banu, who was transferred to the Kerala High Court from the Madras High Court in mid-October, is scheduled to assume charge at the High Court here on December 19.
Owing to the delay in her joining the High Court, the President of India had directed her to assume charge at the Kerala High Court on or before December 20.
