Exporters selling via Amazon e-commerce exports on the rise

The number of exporters selling through Amazon’s e-commerce exports programme is increasing 20 % year-on-year, Srinidhi Kalvapudi, Head, Amazon Global Selling India, said here on Tuesday.

The programme has 1.5 lakh exporters and in the last 10 years, the cumulative export from India is $ 13 billion. This is expected to touch $ 20 billion by the end of 2025. Amazon Global Selling recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations. It conducted four Export Haat events this year and is looking at four or five more, he added.
