The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) today, July 16 will be declaring the result of the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) July 2025 exam. As per the CSEET result 2025 date and time, the result will be declared at 2 pm today. The CSEET July 2025 result along with the individual candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks will be made available on the institute’s website – icsi.edu.
CSEET July 2025 exam was held on July 5 and July 7.
The formal e-result-cum-marks statement of the CSEET July 2025 session will be uploaded on the website of the institute at icsi.edu immediately after the declaration of the result for downloading by candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of result-cum-marks statement shall be issued to the candidates, ICSI added.
CSEET was held for four papers — business communication, legal aptitude and logical reasoning, economic and business environment, and current affairs and quantitative aptitude. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each paper – paper 1, paper 2, paper 3 and paper 4 separately, and 50 per cent marks in aggregate of all papers put together for passing the CSEET. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
The online application process for CSEET November 2025 exam is underway. Applicants can register online at icsi.edu or from the Smash Portal of ICSI — smash.icsi.edu for the ICSI CSEET November 2025 exams. The last date to register online fir CSEET November 2025 is October 15. Candidates appearing in Class 12 in 2026 or have passed Class 12 or equivalent or those pursuing undergraduate can join CS Course through CSEET.
The CSEET November 2025 exam is scheduled for November 8, 2025. There will be four papers in CSEET November 2025 exam- business communication, legal aptitude and logical reasoning, economic and business environment, and current affairs and quantitative aptitude. To be considered qualified, candidates will have to mandatorily obtain 40 per cent marks in each paper and 50 per cent marks in aggregate.
