The MAH MBA CET 2025 counselling process is conducted entirely online and involves several stages. Depending on the selected document verification mode, the process will proceed in one of two ways: E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny.
In the E-Scrutiny mode, candidates do not need to physically visit a centre. Their applications and uploaded documents are verified remotely by Facilitation Centres (FCs). If the verification is successful, the candidate will receive a confirmation receipt in their login. In case of errors, the application will be sent back for correction, and the candidate must rectify and will be required to re-submit it online.
However candidates opting for Physical Scrutiny must visit their chosen facilitation centre at the allotted time slot. There, they will complete the application, scan and upload documents, and have their submissions verified in person. Upon confirmation, a receipt cum acknowledgement will be issued.
Additionally, candidates applying under institutional quota or non-CAP seats must also register and verify documents through an FC, however, they will need to apply separately to the respective institutions for admission.
