Session on geriatric mental health held in Kozhikode

The women’s chapter of OISCA, Kozhikode, in association with ARDSI, Kozhikode, and Tele Manas of IMHANS organised a talk and interactive session on ‘Geriatric mental health’ on Wednesday. Geriatric psychiatrist Sheeba Ninan of IMHANS was the resource person. Dr. Ninan urged senior citizens to engage in brain exercises and stay active to lead a healthy life. Geetha Premraj, president of OISCA women’s chapter, presided over the session.
