Fourth year celebrations of LDF government to conclude today

The concluding function of the fourth year celebrations of the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government will be held at Thiruvananthapuram on Friday. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the concluding function at Putharikandam Maithanam. The fourth anniversary celebrations began on April 21 in Kasaragod with various programmes.

The “My Keralam” exhibition and marketing fair and art and cultural programmes organised in the districts as part of the fourth year of celebrations were a great success. Tens of thousands of people were part of the celebrations every day, said Ministers V. Sivankutty and G.R. Anil in a press conference here on Thursday.

As part of the celebrations, meetings will be held in all districts with the participation of people from different sectors. The Thiruvananthapuram district-level meeting will be held on Friday at 10.30 a.m. at the Jimmy George Indoor Stadium, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram. The Chief Minister will attend the meeting to interact with the people.
